HOW MANY HOURS A DAY?

Despite this subliminal program being rendered in 3.0 format, we still advise you to listen to this program’s masked version for at least 4 hours a day. This is to make sure anything that is causing you to self-sabotage is obliterated. You can listen up to 12 hours a day if you can.
