    This program was incredible for me. I completed it in late 2021. I used it to help with getting motivated for Ironman training.

    I was already in good shape but could not motivate myself to take up swimming. I have a lot of experience in running and cycling. Through this program I was able to consistently exercise and train and motivate myself to learn new skills that I needed.

    By the end of the program I had completed a 1/2 ironman. Full swim, bike, and run to completion.
