HOW MANY HOURS A DAY?

One or two loops per day would be enough for most of you. The speed of the results depends on how much work the program has to do.

, if you have resistance, increase it to 2-4 loops daily. If you have a history of resistance, you can listen to this program for up to six loops until you notice results. Once you start seeing results, bring it down to 5 loops for three days, then reduce it to a further four loops for three more days. Take a break for two days and restart listening to the program for just two loops per day. Listen to this program for 1-3 months. After three months, if you would like to continue listening to this program, please take a break from this program for two weeks and restart.
