Well, the optimum exposure time to this program is 1 – 6 hours, you can listen up to 6  hours if you can, but not more than that.
You have to be consistent if you miss a day or two, it’s okay, but please add an extra 2 days to the schedule. You may miss listening to the program on weekends, it’s okay, just add the number of days to the schedule, but try to be as consistent as possible. If you miss over 6 days, then it is better to start over.

    I have been listening to this for 10 days now. I am intending to listen to just this subliminal until the end of the year and updating my review at that point.

    I play this when I meditate, read, play games, and listen to music. I am keeping a journal and so far this subliminal assists me with my emotions. It helps me see the situations in my life as part of a flow that I can surrender or resist. I intuitively see different perspectives regarding similar situations I find myself in to allow me to learn and grow.

    My heart centre feels more active especially when hanging out with friends. Definitely helps heal my mental state. When I notice my thoughts are getting negative, a positive and supporting thought comes along and reinforces a more positive mood within me. My aches and pains don’t last as long and I can feel more in tune with the way every part of my body feels.

    Breathing feels easier and lighter. I sleep better and I have more pleasant dreams that sometimes connect with the goals I have in my life.
