    A solid subliminal, that brought adequate results. When used in conjunction with CBT. This subliminal helped, but I still had to do the work. I did feel calmer when I started CBT and this subliminal. When you treat this subliminal as a tool, along with CBT, I believe you will see acceptable results.

    Been feeling Anxious all Day, I guess I Don’t normally notice because I’ve already had 5 pints, but I’m Starting to think it’s Because of the Energy Drinks, I’ve noticed a Quit Energy Drink Audio on YouTube So I will listen to that later, but I Just listen to this Anxiety Subliminal, and I Definitely feel a bit Carmer, I’ve Done the first Tricky part in trying to Quit Alcohol, I started listening to that Thursday night, I Don’t know if it’s that Audio or Just me Realising I need to quit, I Hardest thing is gonna be not Going to the shop to get Beer before work
