This is a new type of subliminal program. If you are planning to use Only the Type A-B subliminal program, you can use it for just two hours. But if you want to use another program on the same day, then you should increase the listening time to at least 4 hours a day for both programs. For most people, this is not a problem as you can multitask while listening to these subliminal programs.

For type C subliminal programs, you can safely listen to two or three Type C subliminal programs on the same day. When you finish listening to one subliminal program and you want to start listening to the second program, please loop the first program and listen to it for 4 hours continuously it is better to take 30 minutes to break from listening before you start listening to the next program.

We advise everyone to listen to just one subliminal program every day but if you don’t mind slower changes and if you can manage another 4 hours a day you can listen to one Type B and One Type C program. We would like to repeat that the process will be slower compared to listening to just one Type B program on the same day. If you are listening to a Type B program aimed at physical changes, make sure you do not listen to any other program that is focused on physical changes. Do not listen to two programs aimed at physical changes on the same day!

Type A These Subliminal Programs are meant to be used alone. You should not listen to any other programs until you finish them. That means, if the program you are listening to is meant to be used for 1-3 months, you should not listen to any other programs for the next 1-3 months. Usually, these programs are powerful and stuffed with over 2000-4000 affirmations and you have to listen to them for at least 4 hours a day the program is going to make your mind work like never before. If you listen to something else in between, you are going to sabotage the process.
