HOW MANY HOURS A DAY?
Listen to the Normal/Regular masked version just once a day for the next 5 days. Use the brainwave sessions also according to the instructions you can find when you scroll down. The version of the brainwave session you want to use is up to your convenience. Take a break for two days after the first 5 days. Then restart listening to the program. Just make sure you don’t listen to any other subliminal program during this period.
For most listeners, 2 loops per day can produce excellent results if used along with the brainwave sessions. Some men got good results with just one loop. Some people have resistance and they may need to use it longer, for about 4-6 loops a day for the first few weeks after the first week. (5 days of listening and 2 days of rest)

Surprising little things.
I downloaded the files on saturday, just a few minutes after they uploaded it and a few days before they published it. I thought the price was a mistake
as usually, similarly titled products sell for more than forty dollars.
I played the files right from the second the downloads were completed. I went for four hours a day schedule.
While I get the random looks from women, how I behaved has changed the most.
I am really super chilled. Even the way I talk and move has changed. One week is still too early for the results, but I notice something different about this already.
My friend’s girlfriends either talk a lot more to me or pick a friendly fight with me. This friend who has a wife hardly ever spoke with me previously, but she was just arguing with me the whole day in a friendly way.

Hello folks, this program has defiantly made some changes but don’t know exactly what, attention from the women is more and while am riding in bike women look at me a lot and they look in such a way that from corner of their eyes, when I look at them, they will turn away their eyes. I actually stumbled upon Mind Pro Labs unintentionally while searching for videos on YouTube. When I was going through their list of products I saw the ABW 3.5 program, and it strongly appealed to me, so I decided to try it out. Before I used ABW my view on subliminals was that they work for some people, but not for others, and even when they work they take ages to work. I was never a big user of subliminals, but the few times I tried to use them in the past I never noticed any results. Because of this I never really took subliminals seriously. The ABW program is the first subliminal I have used in a very long time, and it has caused me to question everything I thought I knew.
Not only did this program work for me, but it began to work quickly. I began to notice subtle differences in female behaviour in around 2-3 days, but the effects became more noticeable as time passed by. At first I noticed that I was getting a few more stares than I would ordinarily get. This is how things started out, but as time progressed it became more and more evident to me that the program was working. I noticed that certain female colleagues became kinder.
On the other hand, the reason that I have not given a 5/5 rating is that I did have some experiences that were outside the scope of my desires and my intentions. Not all the women responded in the same way to the program. This was a really fun subliminal to run! I ran this for about a month a half and after a week I began to start noticing results. I played this for 3 loops (each loop is 1 hour and 10 minutes) plus the optional Brainwave session. I first all of wanna say one thing about this subliminal that I really liked was how everyone both men and women were so respectful and nice to me.
