Description
Social Anxiety Help is a program designed specifically to assist you in becoming more confident and comfortable with yourself and with social situations. This program was designed especially for individuals who experience nervousness, anxiety, or a tendency to isolate themselves.
Among the many symptoms of Social Anxiety are:
-
A racing and/or pounding heart.
-
Rapid or short (shallow) breathing.
-
Muscle tension and/or shaking.
-
Negative self-talk about oneself.
-
A fear of embarrassment.
-
Avoidance of social events, conversations, and gatherings.
While the reactions may seem automatic, you can train yourself to develop new patterns through the use of a subliminal program like this one. By using the proper programming, you can learn to stabilize, calm, and regulate the causing emotions and body responses.
This program uses affirmation-based subconscious conditioning, supported by concepts often used in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming. The goal is to encourage clearer thinking, calmer body responses, and a more stable emotional foundation when you interact with others.
The five modules of our program target your feelings of anxiety and help you to develop a more balanced and confident state of mind.
-
Overcoming Social Anxiety
-
Positive Thinking and Attitude
-
Socializing Is Fun
-
and Building Self-Confidence and Self-Worth.
-
Calm and Relaxed Body and Nervous System.
The five modules of the program are designed to help you work together to reduce your anxiety-based reactions and create a more balanced and confident inner state of being.
The following are the benefits of the program.
-
You may notice less overthinking when you are in social situations.
-
You may notice steadier breathing and a reduction of anxiety spikes.
-
You may notice a more positive and encouraging inner voice.
-
You will have more comfort when talking to people.
-
You will have a greater feeling of control over your emotions.
-
You will have a more natural feeling of social confidence.
The more you listen consistently to the program, the more these changes will build upon themselves and become more apparent over time.
Here is how this works.
The purpose of this program is to develop a more relaxed way of thinking and responding (by using a controlled breathing method and focusing on a more positive cognitive mindset) in the areas of your subconscious where social anxiety is developed in your brain.
Once you have developed a familiarity with more relaxed responses and stable breathing, all social experiences will seem significantly less threatening, less intimidating, and will feel easier to manage.
Participants in this program who are seeking to become more comfortable around others, to alleviate the pressure that social anxiety places upon them, and to create a sense of confidence from within themselves will benefit from following the guidelines provided in Overcome Social Anxiety.
For a more advanced program, try Become a Social Magnet. It is orientation-specific and designed to turn you into a full social butterfly with added visualization sessions.
Features:
There are no brainwave sessions in this program.
HOW MANY HOURS A DAY?
This new version works much faster than the previous one.
Many people notice results by listening once a day.
Some people need 2 to 4 hours a day to feel clear improvements.
This is a Type C program, so you can use it with another Type C or Type B program on the same day.
If you want to use two programs in one day:
Listen to this program for at least 2 loops.
Take a 1-hour break with no subliminal.
After the break, you may listen to the other program.
STAY CONSISTENT
Consistency is very important.
Here is the simple rule:
If you miss 1 or 2 days, it is okay — just add 2 extra days to your schedule.
If you skip the program on weekends, that is also okay — just add those missed days to your total.
If you miss more than 6 days in a row, it is best to start the program again from the beginning.
Most people listen to the program for 1 to 3 months for best results.
We reserve our right to keep the affirmations used in the program as a trade secret.

Just two weeks into it, worked like charm

Childhood issues clouded most of my adult life. Despite trying to put myself out there I couldn’t do it. Therapy is too expensive for me and time consuming as my project loads are heavy these days. This was my only hope. I am feeling a lot better, but having to listen to this for more than 2 hours was a bit of a let down.
