HOW MANY HOURS A DAY?
For most people, 1-2 loops per day are enough. The speed of results depends on how much work the program needs to do.
- If you face resistance, increase to 2-4 loops daily.
- For strong resistance, go up to 6 loops until you notice results.
- Once results appear, reduce to 5 loops for three days, then 4 loops for another three days.
- Take a two-day break, then continue with 2 loops per day.
Listen for 1-3 months. After three months, take a two-week break before restarting if needed.

I purchased this Sub on June 6th, after I injured myself in 4 different places.
