HOW MANY HOURS A DAY?

  • Listen to the program for at least 2 hours a day, especially if your addiction is strong.
  • Use headphones or earphones unless you are listening to the silent version.
  • Notice a drop in the urge to watch porn and experience other positive effects like increased motivation and a clearer mind.
  • Be consistent in your listening schedule. If you miss a day or two, it’s okay, but add an extra 2 days to the schedule.
  • If you miss listening on weekends, add the number of days to the schedule. Strive for consistency.
  • If you miss over 6 days, consider starting over.
  • Listen to the program for 1-6 months, depending on the results.
