Program Usage

The program is designed to be followed in sequence.
Each stage builds on the previous one, so it works best when you move through them in order rather than combining them.

Stage 1

Start by engaging in Stage 1 for two weeks.

This is the time when your internal state will begin to stabilise, and the awareness of your thinking patterns will also start to grow. In time you will have a clearer view of things with less uncertainty.
It is not advisable to rush through this period. Allow the process to settle and establish a natural flow to your clarity so that you have time to really clarify your experience.

After completing this first stage, I encourage you to take a two-day break or so before continuing on to the next stage. The benefit of this is that you give the changes you made time to fully settle in before continuing on.

Stage 2

When you are ready to go on, you can start listening to Stage 2.
Most people will find this stage will last for approximately two weeks.
In this stage, you will start to organize your internal structure into something more solid and your identity will be reflected through a greater degree of self-definition and your values will settle down.
You should also notice the beginning of direction within your life. You should not attempt to create this; instead, it will happen naturally as you allow it to happen.

After completing this second stage, I encourage you to once again take a two-day break prior to moving onward. This time off will help solidify the changes you made during this stage before going onto the next.

Stage 3

Once you finish Stage 2, then you can start to work on stage 3.

You’ll have enough time (typically 3 to 4 weeks) in this stage to live out the change you have discovered.
In Stage 3, you will take the actions required to fulfill the commitment you have made; however, your thoughts and decisions will now appear to be more consistent, as a result of your past decisions and their effects on you.
For optimum results, you must continue using the program every day.
You should use approximately 1 to 2 hours each day for your program.

You don’t need to spend more than that.
Rather than concentrating only on how much time you spent in stage 3, it is equally beneficial to take note of any changes that have occurred within you.
You can see a difference in your level of awareness, increased clarity in your thinking, and you will feel that you are making decisions aligned with what you value.

These three factors are true indicators of progress.

  • You should take your time working through each stage of the program.
  • You should allow time between each phase before beginning another.
  • As you continue to follow the process, everything that you have achieved previously will have a cumulative effect.

In this way, clarity, alignment, and direction will continue to build within you.

Brainwave Session

This program includes one Brainwave Session.

The purpose of this session is to keep your mind oriented toward clarity and a sense of direction over time. It works in the background by reinforcing the process, regardless of which stage you are currently in.

You can use this session at any point during the program.

It is optional.

If you have the time, you can include it as part of your routine. It functions as an additional layer that supports and strengthens the overall process.

Find Your Life Purpose Workbook (PDF)

The workbook is a significant part of this complete system and is designed to be used with the subliminal program. The intent of the workbook is to help you follow a structured process over time that will assist you in seeing patterns in your life and being able to identify how those patterns relate to who you are and where you want to go with your life.

The workbook is unlike most typical journals because it was not designed for long periods of reflection or to write down whatever comes to your mind at that moment; rather, the goal of the workbook is to help you begin asking better questions and thus, get clearer answers that are more helpful. Rather than focusing on what you are thinking, or making assumptions as to what is true, the workbook will provide an avenue for you to focus upon what is true or has actually happened: how you are spending your time, what you are avoiding, what happens over and over again, and what has your attention.

It’s a straightforward workbook with no need for lengthy writing activities. You can either fill in your response directly onto the PDF form or print the workbook and fill out using your own handwriting. We often suggest using your handwriting for better concentration and retaining what you’ve written, but only if that’s feasible for you.

As you continue to complete this process, you will become less confused, and will find it is much easier to get a clear idea of where you are headed or what you need to do. You will also be able to figure out your way of thinking, what your priorities are, and what you will do as a result of completing the process.

Is this your first Subliminal Program from our website?

The subliminal program is designed to be simple to use. The primary files are the masked versions, labeled “FYLP 8.0” with different background sounds such as Calm Ocean Waves, Gentle Stream, Aircraft Cabin, and similar options. These are intended to be used with headphones or earphones, allowing the audio to be delivered clearly and consistently. You can choose whichever background you prefer, as the underlying content remains the same.

There is also an ultrasonic version labeled “FYLP 8.0 Silent.” This version should be used with stereo speakers only and not with headphones or earphones. It operates differently from the masked tracks and is designed to play in the background without audible content.

The ultrasonic/silent version is optional. If you are not familiar with how to use it, or if you prefer not to use it, you can simply skip it and continue with the masked audio files.
